Our fish farming was build in 1925 to breed trimming fishes in waters. At that time the (salmo trutta marmoratus) veined trout and the (salmo trutta fario) brown trout belonged to our most important fishes. In the last years the (oncorynchus mykiss) rainbow trout, the (salvelinus alpinus - salvelinus fontinalis) arctic char and partially also the (thymallus thymallus) grayling became a part of our culture. Also today all those different kind of fishes are, in good quality, available for you, because we work up and refine our freshly fish each day. Our customers are fishing associations, catering trades, other fishing industries and private people who can buy the fish directly at our farm.
