Cold smoking with spices gives our fish specialities not only a full-flavoured touch, but also a particularly intense aroma. We offer you smoked salmon trout as well as smoked fillets of Arctic char that are regarded as gourmet products and valued highly in the upscale gastronomy sector.

Our smoked salmon: very popular with everyone. Available sliced (see photo) or as a whole piece.

Passeier Arctic char

Cured and cold-smoked Passeier Arctic char. Our top product of cold-smoked Arctic char. The cold-smoked Arctic char is available as a fillet or sliced (see photo); the size of the fillets can be from approx. 100 grams to approx. 400 grams as desired.
