Our rainbow trout and salmon trout are available not only whole or as a fillet, but also as smoked fish. During this process, the fish are warm-smoked, thereby receiving their unmistakeable intense flavour. Following this, the filleted smoked fish are vacuum-packed so that they can last a particularly long time.

Salmon trout fillet, smoked

Salmon trout fillet, smoked, particularly tasty and juicy. Vacuum-packed, the smoked fillets can be kept for up to 3 weeks. If desired, we can also deliver the fillets open and with skin.
