Whole fish

With Schiefer’s freshly caught fish, there’s no limit to your creativity in the kitchen. We offer you rainbow trout and salmon trout in different sizes throughout the year. Arctic char and brook trout are also available as whole fish; in large sizes on request.

Brown trout

Brown trout, whole, gutted or as a fillet. You can recognise a brown trout by its red dots.

Rainbow trout

Rainbow trout: the classic. Whether it’s trout meunière or trout au bleu. Fresh and packed in ice, tasty and healthy. We would be happy to sort the fish into the size you require.

Salmon trout

Salmon trout, either whole or gutted; our carefully reared salmon trout couldn’t be fresher.

Salmon trout large

Salmon trout large, we can also offer you large salmon trout. From 1.5 kg sometimes up to 3 kg. Get in touch with us by phone or email and we would be delighted to give you further information.

Arctic char fillet

Our Arctic char, from the waters of the cold Fartleisbach stream, taste particularly good. We would be happy to sort the Arctic char into the size you require. The fish are also available gutted, of course.

Arctic char fillet, large

We can deliver Arctic char in sizes between 1.2 kg to 2 kg and also larger sizes if you order in advance. The fish are available with either white or lightly salmon-coloured flesh.

Seabass

Seabass available in all common sizes; always top quality, whether farmed or wild-caught. We are also happy to fillet the sea bass for you.
